Stir-fried shredded kelp with soybean sprouts

Overview

This dish, stir-fried shredded kelp with soybean sprouts, is my favorite combination. If you like spicy food, add some dried chili peppers for a fragrant and spicy taste, which goes well with rice. I grow my own soybean sprouts, and they taste great in stir-fries and stews. The key is to rest assured, I will eat all the roots. Kelp is rich in iodine, soybean sprouts are plant protein, and lean meat is animal protein. When these are combined together, I think it is a very nutritious dish. Home-cooked food is worth a try
