Meat floss salad rolls
Overview
After making pork floss, you must make bread. Every time I shape the bread, I get entangled and always want to make something different. So this time I just order it, wrap the pork floss in it, put some salad dressing on it, bake it and eat it. Every bite is full of ingredients and satisfying.

Put all ingredients except butter into bread machine

Choose 2 dough mixing programs and add butter after 20 minutes

The kneaded dough is fermented until doubled in size

Remove the air and divide into small portions, roll into balls and let rest for ten minutes

After waking up, roll it out, add homemade pork floss and squeeze salad dressing

Make all the dough in turn and put it in the oven to rise for 40 minutes (I left half of the dough to make hamburger embryos)
