Meat buns

This is my first time learning to make steamed buns, and I find it a bit difficult to make dough! It tastes pretty good when it’s done!

First put about 5-8 grams of dry yeast powder into a bowl, add warm water to dissolve it first, then mix the flour and the fermented yeast water together to form a dough. After kneading the dough, let it sit for two hours.

Add sugar, a little salt, an appropriate amount of cooking wine, a little ginger, and pepper into the meat filling, then add light soy sauce and stir! After mixing, add the drained green vegetables (the vegetables are pickled with a little salt and squeezed dry)

When the dough has risen to double its original size, continue to knead the dough until it becomes a long strip and divide it into even dough pieces. Then roll the dough into a round dough and wrap it with the meat filling. Fold your fingers along the edge of the dough and pinch it together at the end. Then put it in the pot and steam it for 20 minutes. After steaming, wait 5 minutes to uncover it and you can eat it!
