Steamed cod chin with black bean sauce
Overview
Cod chin is the piece of meat located under the fish head and between the fish belly. It is much cheaper than cod fillet, good quality and low price. I usually steam it with black bean sauce, a simple way for lazy people.

Clean the cod chin.

Cut into cubes.

Shred the ginger and chop the green onion.

Place all ingredients onto the fish pieces.

Mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Put into pot of boiling water.

Steam over high heat for 7 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add green onions to garnish.
