Steamed eggplant stuffed with meat
Overview
I went to a friend's house for a dinner a while ago and fell in love with the steamed eggplant she made. She told me to make steamed eggplant with meat fillings, so I used my imagination and made it myself. The bibimbap was amazing

Ingredients
Steps
-
Round eggplant cut into thick slices
-
Add salt, soy sauce, five-spice powder, sesame oil, cooking oil, water, and cooking wine to the meat filling and stir clockwise (because I don’t eat onions, I didn’t add onions and ginger)
-
Spread the mixed meat filling thinly on the eggplant
-
Mixed eggplants with meat filling
-
Because there was a lot of meat filling, I took a green pepper, removed its head, hollowed it out, and stuffed it with meat filling
-
Steam it in a steamer for about an hour, until it can be pierced with chopsticks, and the eggplant is very soft (the meat filling may be a little light, and it tasted a little light when it came out of the pot. I poured some light soy sauce and let it simmer for a while)
-
A lot of water came out and it is cooked
-
Some soup and two pieces of eggplant, my favorite bibimbap is ready
