Steamed bun
Overview
Steamed buns are one of my family's favorite pancakes. The steamed pancakes are thin and tough and can be used to roll roast duck, shredded potatoes, stir-fried vegetables, shredded pork with Beijing sauce and other stir-fry dishes. They are all delicious.
