  1. Prepare beans, potatoes, eggplants, and peppers

  4. Put a little cooking oil in the pot, add the pork belly and stir-fry to get out the lard inside

  5. Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add pepper, light soy sauce and cooking wine

  6. Add the beans and continue to stir-fry

  7. Stir-fry the beans until they change color. Add the eggplant, potatoes and appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer over high heat for 10 minutes
