Cut the pork into small pieces, chop the ginger and put them into a food processor to make a puree.

Add minced green onions, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, 13 spices, salt and 2 tsp of water, stir well.

Mix well and set aside.

Wash and cut the peppers.

Make a cut in the middle.

Stuff the meat filling into the peppers.

Add 2 grams of baking powder, salt and water to the flour and stir evenly to form a batter.

There was a layer of dry flour on the outside of the peppers. I forgot to take a photo of them when they were wrapped in batter.

Coat in batter, heat oil to 50%, add chili peppers and fry slowly.

Fry until set and rise.

Fry until cooked and take out.
