When the flour and other ingredients form a ball, add salt and continue kneading the dough.

When the dough can be pulled out into a thin film, add soybean oil and continue kneading.

When the dough is kneaded until a large film can be pulled out and the dough is very smooth, take out the dough, shape it into a round shape, put it in a basin, and cover it with plastic wrap to ferment.

The fermentation is complete when the dough has doubled in size and does not shrink or collapse when you poke a hole with your finger.

Take the dough out of the bowl, knead and deflate, divide into 4 equal parts, roll into balls and let rest for 10 minutes.
