Ingredients: fennel, green onion, pork belly filling.

Flour, cornmeal, eggs.

Chop fennel and mince green onions.

Add salt, pepper powder, light soy sauce, ginger powder, and cooking wine to the pork belly filling and beat vigorously (whip in one direction).

Add chopped green onions and continue stirring in the same direction.

Add chopped fennel and stir evenly. Fennel absorbs oil better, so I added some cooking oil and stirred.

Add the eggs and mix well.

Add flour and cornmeal to meat filling.

Continue to stir evenly.

Turn on the heat and add cooking oil to the pot.

Heat the oil, mash the meat filling into a ball with your hands, then press it into a small cake shape and put it into the pot.

After frying one side until golden brown, flip and fry the other side.

When the biscuits are ripe, put them on a plate.
