  1. Ingredients: fennel, green onion, pork belly filling.

  4. Add salt, pepper powder, light soy sauce, ginger powder, and cooking wine to the pork belly filling and beat vigorously (whip in one direction).

  5. Add chopped green onions and continue stirring in the same direction.

  6. Add chopped fennel and stir evenly. Fennel absorbs oil better, so I added some cooking oil and stirred.

  7. Add the eggs and mix well.

  8. Add flour and cornmeal to meat filling.

  10. Turn on the heat and add cooking oil to the pot.

  11. Heat the oil, mash the meat filling into a ball with your hands, then press it into a small cake shape and put it into the pot.
