Make a Christmas theme, slowly do everything you can think of, this big garland must not be too small. I just had green onion bread, so let’s make this the original version. To be honest, I once disliked bread because the cheap bread I bought spoiled my taste. After making bread by myself, I slowly changed my inherent understanding. Bread is delicious, and the original flavor is also delicious. The more you eat, the more delicious it becomes. Then let’s enjoy the sweetness and fragrance~~~Tsk, don’t talk anymore, let’s get to work!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add the ingredients in ingredient A except butter into the bread machine bucket in the order of liquid first and then powder, and mix evenly
-
Start the bread machine, knead the dough into a smooth ball and add butter. Usually one or two dough kneading procedures are used. It varies depending on the bread machine.
-
Add butter and start bread machine again.
-
After adding butter, start the dough kneading process again and knead the dough to a stretched film state.
-
Let the dough rise in the bread machine barrel.
-
Take out the risen dough and deflate it. Most breads need to be divided, shaped and relaxed. Be sure to cover with plastic wrap.
-
Divide the dough into three parts, relax and roll into long strips,
-
You may not be able to reach the ideal length at once, and you need to relax and stretch it at the same time.
-
Rub all three of them until they are long. I originally planned to make the two ends thinner to make the wreath more cute, but the result was not so ideal.
-
Braid the three rolled noodles.
-
Shape into a wreath on a heat-resistant silicone mat. If you don't have this mat, you can shape it on oil paper for easy transfer.
-
Add a little pigment to the remaining braided dough and knead it into color.
-
Make a bow and place it at the joint of the wreath.
-
Use chopsticks to insert dried cranberries into the braid for decoration.
-
Place in the oven for fermentation. Place a bowl of hot water to maintain humidity in the oven.
-
Once the garland is out of the oven, brush it with egg wash.
-
Place the middle shelf of the oven at 180 degrees,
-
After about 15 minutes, observe the coloring and take it out of the oven if you are satisfied.
