Southeast Asian Food SISI
Overview
This dish called SISI was seen on the TV program "James' Kitchen" and James had eaten it in the Philippines! I think the dish is simple to make, but the key is to be curious about its taste! I happen to have the ingredients today so I’ll try it at home! I found it to be really good when mixed with rice! It has the elasticity of pig head meat, the crispiness of pig ears, and the fragrance of chicken liver!
