Tofu dish, LG’s love, with tofu and meat, don’t forget to add some vegetables to enrich the taste and nutrition. It is not only delicious. This time I used Richio extra virgin olive oil to make it, enjoying the delicious taste, staying healthy, and improving the quality and taste of the dishes.

Cut the tofu into small square cubes, mince the pork, cut the carrot into small dices, chop the green onion leaves into finely chopped green onions, dice the green onion whites, and mince the garlic.

Take the pan off the heat and pour in the extra virgin olive oil.

Sauté minced garlic and green onions until fragrant.

Add minced meat and stir-fry.

Add the peas and carrots and stir-fry.

After cooking, add boiling water and add salt, sugar and oyster sauce to taste.

Put the tofu into the pot and cook over medium heat.

Before serving, use a little cornstarch water to thicken the sauce.
