Bean dregs and sesame pie
Overview
Every time I grind soy milk, there will be bean dregs. Every time I make another delicacy. No waste at all. This time I used it to make sesame candy pie, which is fragrant and sweet. I only had 475 grams of all-purpose flour at home, so I added some high-gluten flour to it. As for the bean dregs, after being used in flour, the gluten is generally very weak. Adding high-gluten flour makes it easier to operate. Generally, the moisture content of bean dregs is different. When you first use water to mix with the yeast, you only need a little water. Then if the dough is hard and the water is not enough, just add some water with your hands and knead the dough.
