Cantonese people love to make soup, especially in the Pearl River Delta. My friend planted fresh Bawang flowers by himself. It is best to eat the unopened buds when eating fresh ones. It is more effective than dried products, but people with weak spleen and stomach should avoid drinking it. Its main functions are to reduce inflammation and swelling, bronchial inflammation, clear lung heat, moisten lungs and remove dryness.
