  1. Crispy radish is called Caipu in southern Fujian

  2. Chop the radish into thin strips. It is not recommended to buy it in pieces. Because the taste is not as delicious as cutting it yourself

  3. Add chopped onion, crushed garlic, pepper, MSG, salt and stir evenly

  5. Pour a little oil into the pan, spread it out, and fry in small pieces. Sprinkle in chili shreds

  6. I don’t recommend frying it into an egg pancake, it looks better. But it’s not as delicious as the fried one
