Malantou Mushroom Pork Buns
Overview
We usually eat Malan Tou this season mixed with vegetables, but today I want to mix it with meat filling to make steamed buns!

The Malantou bought back was cleaned

After blanching, remove, drain and chop into small pieces

Add shiitake mushrooms and minced malan heads into the minced meat and mix

Add cooking wine, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to taste

After mixing evenly, it is the bun filling

Take a large bowl and put flour, yeast and sugar

Add appropriate amount of warm water and stir with chopsticks until it becomes like cotton wool

Knead it into a smooth dough with your hands

Place in a warm place to ferment until doubled in size

Deflate the fermented dough, roll it out and cut it into 8 pieces. Let it rest for a while

Take a dough, flatten it and roll it into a large size

Wrap it up, add warm water to the pot, put the buns into the steamer and ferment for 20 minutes

After fermentation is completed, steam over high heat for 15 minutes and then simmer for 5 minutes before taking it out
