Overview

It's delicious. Eat it in summer. It's sour, sweet, and cool. I originally wanted to add egg skin, but my husband didn’t want to eat it, so I didn’t add it, otherwise the color would be better. My husband said that adding egg skin makes it look like cold noodles...haha

  3. Dice yellow and red peppers.

  4. Cut the jelly noodles you bought the day before and put in the refrigerator into thin strips.

  5. Chop the garlic into small cubes, chop the onion into fine pieces, and put them in a bowl. Then add 1 spoon of sesame oil, 1 spoon of chili oil, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 ring of table salt, 2 rings of sugar, 1 spoon of rattan pepper oil, 3 spoons of cold vinegar (rice vinegar or Laba vinegar will work, if you use cold vinegar, add less sugar, as cold vinegar is sweeter). Stir together and it smells super delicious!

  6. Prepare the plate, lay out the strips first, in reverse order on the left and right sides, which looks better, and finally sprinkle red pepper and yellow pepper on it. OK.
