Take appropriate amount of high-gluten flour, add cold water and knead into a stiffer dough. (The hardness of the hand-rolled dough) It’s a bit difficult to knead. After the dough is mixed, let it rest for about 20 minutes.

Get a basin of cold water, put the dough into the water and knead it, and abuse it at will, haha. There is no defense if it breaks into pieces. The water will turn very white after a while, and the strong gluten will gradually become very united (change the water two to three times)
