Fresh Apple Cookies
Overview
I accidentally saw the introduction of fried apple cakes on allrecipe.com. I think it is quite greasy and should be completely wiped out on the same day. If it is baked, it can take a day or two, but it should not be left for too long because the apples are fresh and have moisture in them. The fresh apple cake tastes very delicious, and with the addition of cinnamon powder, a good friend of baked apples, it is so fragrant.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Peel the apples and cut them into corn-sized pieces. Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, mix well and set aside;
-
Put 55 grams of butter and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large bowl and beat until fluffy. Add 3 tablespoons of caster sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Beat until fluffy;
-
Add 1 cup of all-purpose flour and stir evenly;
-
Add apple cubes and stir evenly;
-
Preheat the oven to 375°F, spray a layer of oil on the pan and brush evenly;
-
Spread a spoon full of batter on the baking sheet, leaving space between each one. The batter will expand when heated. Put it in the oven at 375°F for 22-25 minutes. In short, bake it until it is colored. After baking, take out the baking sheet and touch it lightly with a spatula. The cookie will come off the bottom and will not stick to the bottom at all. Let it cool slightly and you can start it.
