Wash the chicken/drain/cut into pieces/add salt and cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes

Star anise/cinnamon/garlic/ginger slices/set aside

Heat the pan and add a little oil

After the oil pan is hot, stir-fry until the aroma comes out

Add marinated chicken pieces and stir-fry until color changes, add mushrooms

Stir-fry a piece of mushroom/chicken
