Dissolve the yeast in warm water, knead the dough, knead the flour into a dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place until it is 1.5 to 2 times in size.

Prepare the meat filling: Add a little cooking rice wine, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, 1 egg (you can also just add egg white), chopped green onion, minced ginger and sesame oil to the lean meat filling. Stir vigorously in one direction with chopsticks (if you like to add some vegetables, you can also add a little chopped vegetables with less juice. After the dough has risen, knead it for a while and then roll it out into a rectangular shape as much as possible.
