Like loose dough, knead it into a lump, wrap it in plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

During this period, make the following preparations: 1. Boil water, pour into the pot, turn on the lowest heat, put 250g~350g of jam into a cup, so that the gelatinous jam melts and becomes sticky.

When 30 minutes is up, take it out of the refrigerator and prepare a small amount of flour and a rolling pin.

This step is also similar to loose dough. Pinch it a little, put some flour on the table to prevent it from sticking, and use a rolling pin to roll it into thin slices.

Use the mold to press into the corresponding shape. Press one once, the other twice, and you have a combination.

Place on a baking sheet and place in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 7 to 10 minutes. Be careful not to place the cookies too close together.

Once out of the oven, the biscuits will puff up a bit. Leave for a minute or two to firm up the cookies.
