Overview
Zucchini is rich in water and has the effects of moisturizing the skin, regulating human metabolism, losing weight, and anti-aging. Cut zucchini into thin strips and set aside.

Finely chop green onions, ginger and fungus.

Saute Sichuan pepper until fragrant and grind into fine powder.

Chop the pork belly finely.

Mash the tofu and set aside.

Add salt, soy sauce, cooked peanut oil, and sesame oil, mix the meat filling well, and set aside.

Make the dough in advance and let it rise for twenty minutes.

Make dough into evenly sized dough.

Wrap into long strips of pot stickers.

Heat the pan, apply a thin layer of oil, arrange the pot stickers neatly, and cook for one minute. Pour in the water batter so that more than half of the pot stickers are covered. Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for ten minutes.

When the batter is almost dry, pour peanut oil along the edge of the pan, cover the pan and cook for one minute, then turn off the heat.
