I like to eat leeks. The delicious taste is best when made into dumplings. It is delicious when paired with fresh shrimps - my favorite. I learned how to make dumplings from my mother, maybe because I love dumplings, especially leek vegetarian dumplings. . . .

Mix the flour with water to form a moderately soft dough, let it rest for about 15 minutes, and knead evenly.

Pick and wash the leeks and drain them.

Thaw the prawns and peel off the shells.

Finely mince the leeks.
