Clean and soak Cordyceps flowers and Dendrobium.

Clean and chop the chicken into pieces.

Blanch it in a pot under cold water and wash away the floating foam.

Put it into a pressure cooker, add ginger slices, cooking wine, and light soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant. Add cordyceps flowers, dendrobium, and shiitake mushrooms, add water (also pour in the water for soaking the shiitake mushrooms), and cook. Cover and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat for 10 minutes.
