Overview

Spicy shredded pork is very popular in Northeast China. The peppers made in restaurants are too much for me to enjoy, and the oil used is not good, so I might as well make it myself. Not only is it clean and hygienic, but I can control the spiciness freely.

  1. Wash the pork

  3. Add 1 tsp light soy sauce, a little cooking wine, 1 tsp potato starch and mix well, then add 1 tsp vegetable oil, mix well and marinate for ten minutes
