Yifeng Coffee
Overview
I found the coffee recipe online and made some changes myself. The taste is really great. The strong milk flavor and the unique aroma of coffee are very attractive and worth a try.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Chop some dark chocolate
-
Put the chopped chocolate and cocoa powder into a food processor and beat until powdery
-
Pour half a cup of milk into the milk pot, add 3 tablespoons of beaten chocolate cocoa powder (leave a tablespoon of powder for surface use), then add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and a little salt.
-
Heat until boiling and remove from the fire. This is hot cocoa
-
The coffee cup at home is made of white porcelain, so I used a transparent glass cup and poured 1/3 of the hot cocoa into it
-
tablespoon of ready-made roasted coffee powder
-
Pour boiling water into it, less than half a cup
-
Place a spoon on the inner edge of the cup, and let the coffee slowly flow into the cup along the spoon, reaching the 2/3D height of the cup
-
Use a whisk to whip the light cream until it reaches 6 minutes. If it is not over 6 minutes long, it just needs to be slightly viscous and thicker
-
Slowly pour the whipped cream into the coffee
-
Sprinkle a layer of ground chocolate cocoa powder on the surface.
