Grilled Frozen Tofu with Mushrooms

There are many ways to eat tofu. Today I will share a recipe of frozen tofu and grilled mushrooms. The combination of the two tastes even more delicious.

Cut the frozen tofu into mahjong-sized pieces, wash the mushrooms and cut them in the middle into four pieces.

Cut the ginger and garlic into slices, cut the shallots into diagonal sections, and cut the green and red peppers into chunks.

Take a small bowl and add a spoonful of cornstarch and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the frozen tofu until golden brown on both sides.

Add the onions, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the water starch and stir-fry twice.

Add light soy sauce inside.

Add salt.

Add peppercorns.

Add chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.

Then add the bell peppers and stir-fry until cooked and turn off the heat.

Remove from pan and plate.
