Ingredients: chicken wings (washed)

Ginger slices, green onions, barbecued pork sauce

Place the chicken wings on the chopping board and score a few cuts with a knife.

Place on a large plate.

Then, add the ginger slices and green onion segments.

Then, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and barbecued pork sauce.

Mix well and marinate for 2 hours.

Then, place the marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

Finally, it goes into the oven.

Bake at 172 degrees for 18 minutes and it's ready.
