French Apple Crepe
Overview
There is no more cream, but that doesn’t stop me from making a fillingless version of the crepe. I improved the recipe, added apple jam, and topped it with rose jam. It tastes even better. With milk, it’s a great breakfast,

Beat the eggs with sugar,

Add appropriate amount of milk and mix thoroughly,

Then add apple jam and mix thoroughly. (The apple jam is made by myself, with more pulp and less sugar. If you buy it directly from outside, add less, otherwise it will be very sweet.)

Add low-gluten flour,

Mix thoroughly. The consistency is enough to draw out lines when you lift the chopsticks. If not, add milk or cake flour appropriately.
