Spicy Shrimp

Wash and process the shrimps after buying them.

Cut all materials and set aside.

Heat the oil in a pan.

Saute ginger slices over low heat until fragrant.

Fry until it changes color and squeeze some lemon juice into it.

Add light soy sauce, sugar, and bean paste. Stir fry evenly. Then add half a bowl of water, cover the pot and simmer for 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes, add the onions and chopped peppers and stir-fry quickly for 30 seconds.
