River shrimp with the head removed

Chop the peppers into mince, cut the leeks into sections, and mince the garlic

Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the washed river shrimps over high heat for 2 minutes

Serve out the fried river prawns

Add minced red chili pepper to the base oil for frying river prawns in a pan
