Kelp and winter melon tube bone soup
Overview
There is bone marrow in the tube bone and contains collagen; kelp contains many minerals and can also lower blood sugar and blood lipids; winter melon has anti-inflammatory, diuretic, lipid-lowering and weight-loss effects. Stewing the three together is rich in nutrients and delicious!

Soak the kelp in water for two hours in advance
