  5. Heat the pan and stir-fry the green curry until fragrant, add 2/3 can of coconut milk and cook until large bubbles form

  6. Add beef cubes, cooking wine and rock sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes
