Stir-fried Dried Beans with Chives
Overview
This dish tastes dry and chewy. Adding a few slices of pork belly to stir-fry out the fat will make the dish more oily and prevent it from being too dry. It goes well with wine too.

Slice lean pork, shred onion and ginger and set aside.

Slice dried sesame seeds and scallions into sections and set aside.

Heat oil, add incense and stir-fry.

Turn on low heat and slowly stir-fry the five-spice tofu until brown. Dish out and set aside.

Put a little oil in the pot, add a few slices of pork belly and stir-fry out the fat over low heat.

Add onions and ginger to a pot, add lean meat slices and stir-fry.

Fry the meat slices until cooked, add soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the five-spice dried tofu, salt and MSG and continue to stir-fry until flavourful.

Before serving, add scallions and stir-fry evenly.
