  2. Slice lean pork, shred onion and ginger and set aside.

  3. Slice dried sesame seeds and scallions into sections and set aside.

  4. Heat oil, add incense and stir-fry.

  5. Turn on low heat and slowly stir-fry the five-spice tofu until brown. Dish out and set aside.

  7. Add onions and ginger to a pot, add lean meat slices and stir-fry.
