Prepare 1 piece of northern tofu, 1/4 each of green and red peppers, 1/5 each of onions and carrots, 1 mushroom, and 1 small section of ham sausage (I forgot to put the ham sausage on for a photo). Tomato sauce and oyster sauce are also needed.

Drain the tofu and cut into thick slices.

Pour a little more oil into the pan, heat the tofu 50%, and half-fry and half-fry the tofu over medium heat. Do not flip the tofu.

Fry until one side is golden and crusty, then flip over and continue frying until both sides are golden. Sprinkle some black pepper and turn off the heat.

Remove the tofu, drain the oil and place on a plate.

Dice mushrooms, green and red peppers, onions, ham sausage, mushrooms, and chop green onions.

Add a little oil to the wok and stir-fry all the diced vegetables except the chopped green onions.

Add a spoonful of oyster sauce and a spoonful of tomato paste and stir-fry evenly.

Add a bowl of water, add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, chicken powder and a little sugar. Finally thicken the soup to thicken it.

Pour the soup over the tofu and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
