Fragrant osmanthus stuffed
Overview
Osmanthus wine, as the name suggests, is a wine brewed from osmanthus flowers, which is made by soaking, fermenting, adjusting, aging and filtering. It doesn't look like wine but looks like wine, thick and sweet. Regular drinking can strengthen the spleen and stomach, aid digestion, activate blood circulation and replenish qi.

Steps
-
grams of fresh osmanthus, filter out impurities and set aside.
-
Add 200 grams of sugar to fresh osmanthus, mix well, marinate for 30 minutes, and stir twice more halfway through.
-
Longan, wolfberry, American ginseng, and longan are ready.
-
Sterilize and drain 3 1.5L glass containers, then sterilize them with white wine in sequence.
-
For a barrel of grain puree wine, you must look at the ingredients. It should not be the kind of wine that is blended. It must be grain wine brewed from grains such as glutinous rice, sorghum, millet, and corn.
-
Take a container and put wolfberry, red dates, longan, and American ginseng in sequence.
-
Put 200 grams of osmanthus in each container.
-
Finally, pour an appropriate amount of white wine. Don’t fill it too full and leave some space for fermentation.
-
Finally, it is sealed. After three months of fermentation, the osmanthus wine is filtered out and can be used. Although the sweet-scented osmanthus stuffed wine is fragrant, don’t drink too much.
