Pan-fried salmon
Overview
Salmon is rich in nutrients, has no small bones, and requires almost no seasoning. It is very delicious when cooked. It is very suitable for children to eat. It can also be fried directly, but it is a little dry, so I like to add a little water every time when frying. This way it can be cut more thoroughly, and if it is eaten by children, it will be a little softer.

Arrange the bitter chrysanthemum and tomatoes on a plate, add appropriate amount of salad dressing and mix well (the bitter chrysanthemum is basically what I eat, but the children can't eat it).
