Cut the duck into slices

Cut the peppers and carrots into shreds, cut the garlic sprouts into sections, cut the ginger and garlic into slices, and set aside two tablespoons of chili sauce

Heat the pot, pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil, heat the oil, add ginger, garlic, and pepper and stir-fry until fragrant

Pour in the duck delicacies and stir-fry until the duck delicacies changes color

Pour in the chili sauce and stir-fry for 30 seconds

Add hot pepper and stir-fry for a minute

Then add shredded carrots and garlic sprouts and stir-fry for two or three times. Finally, add an appropriate amount of MSG, light soy sauce, and cooking wine and stir-fry (since I used soaked carrots and chili sauce, there is no need to add salt)
