  1. Cut the duck into slices

  2. Cut the peppers and carrots into shreds, cut the garlic sprouts into sections, cut the ginger and garlic into slices, and set aside two tablespoons of chili sauce

  3. Heat the pot, pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil, heat the oil, add ginger, garlic, and pepper and stir-fry until fragrant
