As shown in the picture, as much as you can hang on the chopstick head, you can also hang on the lotus root clip. If you want a thin layer of flour on the lotus root clip, put more water. If you want the flour on the lotus root clip to be thick, put less water. Because I like to eat noodles with less hanging noodles, so it is a thin layer like the one in the picture
