  1. Wash the pig's feet and put them in the pot

  4. Add the drained pork trotters removed from the ice water and stir-fry until slightly brown

  5. Add five-spice powder and a little straw mushroom dark soy sauce. Stir well

  6. Add appropriate amount of rock sugar and stir-fry until melted

  7. Add a can of beer (I used Tsingtao beer) others can also be used

  8. Turn the pressure cooker to high heat for one minute, medium heat for five minutes, and low heat for ten minutes!

  9. Take it out of the pan and put it on a plate. If you don't like it juicy, you can reduce the juice over high heat!
