Cut the beef into cubes about 1.5 cm long, soak in cold water and wash thoroughly. Prepare another pot of water, put it under cold water to boil the blood foam, take it out and rinse it repeatedly, as shown in the picture, set aside.

Bring another pot of cold water to cover all the ingredients, add the meat, add in Picture 2 and all the ingredients mentioned in the previous ingredients (light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, MSG, salt, etc.) and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium to low heat and cook, cover.

Wait until all the soup has evaporated and put it on a plate.

Ready to eat after natural drying! ps: If you are in a hurry, you can preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes after this step, and you can enjoy it immediately. However, the skin of the beef jerky baked in the oven will be slightly harder than that of natural air-drying!
