  1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture. The tofu must be tender, mince the ginger and garlic, and mince the green onions. You can stir-fry the hotpot base yourself, or you can buy it from the supermarket~ Of course, you can use it without it. It is best to use minced beef for minced meat, I used minced pork instead.

  2. Cut the tofu into small pieces, add salt to the pot and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and keep boiling. Cook until the tofu swells a little and some holes will appear in the middle, which will absorb the flavor and make it more tender and smooth. Pour the soup into a container and set aside.

  3. Heat the pan and pour in the salad oil, then stir-fry the minced meat until the water is dry, then turn to low heat and stir-fry until crispy. Then add minced ginger, garlic, bean paste and hot pot base and stir-fry until fragrant. If you like it spicy, you can also add some chili powder ~ add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil

  4. Add tofu and season with: a little soy sauce, an appropriate amount of salt, a little sugar, a little MSG. Simmer over low heat until there is still a small amount of soup left in the tofu, then thicken the sauce, add pepper oil and green onions, stir-fry evenly and serve~
