Colorful dumplings
Overview
I have made this colorful dumpling several times for the New Year’s Eve dinner in 2013. The colors are egg yolk, red radish, black fungus, green celery and ham powder. The taste is still very good. And the colors of the Chinese New Year are very beautiful ~ I feel happy to see them ~ Let’s get to the point.

Onion, ginger, garlic, minced. Set aside.

Wash and cut the carrots in half, soak the mushrooms and fungus, slice the potatoes, break the eggs and mix well, wash the lunch ham and celery. I prepared more of the ingredients in the picture above. Half of it is enough for three people.

Boil carrots and potatoes in water for 10 minutes. Add carrots first and then potatoes.

Chop all the ingredients, add the onion, ginger and garlic prepared previously, then add salt, soy sauce, sesame oil and stir.
