Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
Overview
This is an extremely ordinary dish, but I still want to talk about it. As we all know, bacon is rich in fat, while Brussels sprouts are lean, which means a leaner dish. They complement each other well when combined with bacon, sausage and other fat-rich meats.

Steps
-
Remove the yellow leaves from the Brussels sprouts, wash them, and cut them in half.
-
Slice the bacon into the pot and turn on medium heat.
-
Stir out the oil, remove from the pan, leave the oil, turn on high heat, add ginger, dried onions, garlic and chili pepper to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
-
Pour in the Brussels sprouts, stir-fry for a while, add 2 tablespoons of clear water, and cover with a lid for a while.
-
Open the lid of the pot, cook 1/3 tsp of salt, 1/3 tsp of pepper, 1/2 tsp of sugar, and 1 tbsp of white wine. Add the bacon and mix well.
