Wash the hairy crabs you buy first with a large bowl of water!

Prepare materials and choose your favorite vegetable flavors!

Heat the wok and pour in cooking oil. Heat to level 9. Add ginger granules and prepared vegetables. Stir-fry and add salt and chicken essence

Heat oil in the same pan until it reaches 9 levels. Add ginger, Sichuan peppercorns, and chilies. Stir-fry twice. Add red oil bean paste (this is my magic weapon, homemade by my mother-in-law.) Pour in soy sauce and red oil chili, then add salt and steamed crabs. Cook for about 5 or 6 minutes. When the pan is heated, add chicken essence, chopped scallions, and garlic.
