Chicory salad
Overview
Winter is dry and can easily cause internal heat. A plate of crispy green chicory can not only clear away internal heat, but also clear the stomach of people who have been eating fat and greasy foods for a long time.

Ingredients: Chicory, carrots (I forgot to take a picture of the green onion and ginger).

Wash the endive and cut into segments, and shred the carrots.

Mix chicory and carrots, add salt, apple cider vinegar, and MSG, mix well, and serve on a plate.

Cut the dried chili peppers into circles or into shreds, cut the ginger into shreds, and cut the scallions into shreds.

Arrange them separately on the chicory. Heat the oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, pour it on the green onion and ginger. Finally, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds (if not available, it can be omitted).
