Garlic kelp
Overview
The status of kelp in Korea is as unshakable as that of a mother. Even today, kelp is often seen in Korean dramas. Although it is simple, it is full of rich nutrients. It helps people to cheer up and live a long and healthy life. Therefore, kelp is also called longevity vegetable. People in the Northeast do not drink kelp soup as often as Koreans. The most common way here is to mix it into a cold dish, and the most common one is kelp with garlic paste. The spicy garlic sauce paired with the refreshing kelp is indeed very appetizing. Clean the kelp.

Add appropriate amount of cold water and soak for about 2 hours.

Peel the garlic and cut into pieces.

Put the garlic into a small bowl and mash it with a rolling pin.

Add a little salt, chicken essence, and sesame oil, and mix thoroughly to form garlic sauce.

Pour the water in which the kelp has been soaked into the pot together with the kelp, bring to a boil and cook for a few minutes until the kelp becomes soft.

After taking it out, rinse it with cold water and drain off the water.

Cut into long pieces.

Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, mix well.

Add minced garlic.

Add sesame oil and mix well.
