Tomato Crispy Sausage Fried Noodles

The mushroom egg noodles I used can be fried or souped, and have a good taste.

Peel and cut the tomatoes into cubes, and slice the crispy sausage.

Chop green onions.

Put the noodles into a pot of boiling water and cook until they can be mixed and dispersed, and the noodles are just cooked through.

Pour cold water and set aside. (It can make the noodles elastic and refreshing.)

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the scallions until fragrant.

Add tomatoes and fry until soft.

Add crispy sausage and fry until cooked.

Fry below.

Pour in the oil and sugar and stir-fry evenly, then add the chopped green onion.

Continue to stir-fry evenly.
